Dr. Paul Lisnek has been covering politics, law, entertainment, and current events for over twenty years! He hosts "Political Update" on CN100 (The Comcast Network), anchors "Newsmakers" on CNN Headline News, and is the political analyst for WGN-TV in Chicago. Paul's own commentary and analysis has been heard on NBC's Today Show, Nightly News; CNN's Anderson Cooper 360, Court TV, M-TV and HG-TV.
Paul is a trial expert who covered the OJ Simpson, R Kelly and Phil Spector cases among others. He has interviewed figures from Senator Barack Obama to President Jimmy Carter, Barbara Walters to Tom Brokaw. He is also the theatre/entertainment correspondent for "Prime Time Chicago" on The Comcast Network. He is the author of over a dozen books, has produced jazz CDs and brings his eclectic interests to the microphone for lively and engaging discussion.
